Humanity progresses. Today it only burns my books; centuries ago they would have burned me (Sigmund Freud)

Requirements for your Spiritual Therapy session

To make your experience as deep and smooth as possible, it is important to keep a few guidelines in mind:

Space

  • Find a quiet, noise-free place where you feel comfortable and safe.
  • You need to be lying down, with the camera showing your body from the waist up.

Device and connection

  • You need a good internet connection.
  • The session cannot be done on a mobile phone.
  • A computer or iPad is required.
  • We will connect via Zoom; I will send you the link on the day of the session or the day before.
  • Headphones with a microphone to ensure the best sound quality.

Personal preparation

  • It is important that you let me know if you are undergoing psychiatric treatment.
  • Prepare a list of questions related to yourself, your life, and the main reason you want to do the therapy.
  • You don’t need to write a summary, just short and concise questions that you don’t have the answers to.
  • Send this list to my email: genoveacalleja.com, at least one day before the session.
  • If I do not receive this information, we will not be able to hold the session.

Duration and process

  • The therapy lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours, depending on the person.
  • During this time:
    • I will explain everything you need to know about the session.
    • Interview to find out what I need to know about you.
    • We will review the questions you prepared together.
    • I will guide you through an induction to bring you into an expanded state of consciousness.
    • Journey within.

It is important for you to know that at no point do you lose control.

Recording and confidentiality

  • The session will be recorded and I will send it to you via WeTransfer on the same day or the next day.
  • Everything discussed or recorded is absolutely confidential.
  • Sessions are only published with the person’s express authorization, always with the intention that they may be of help to others.
